Coxa is a productivity and task management platform designed for small businesses and remote teams. It helps you organize tasks, collaborate with team members, and track project progress in one place.

Sign up for a free account at coxa.web.id/register. Once registered, verify your email address, and you can start creating projects and tasks immediately.

When you register, you agree to receive transactional emails from us. These include account verification, password reset links, security alerts, and task notifications. All emails are sent via Amazon SES to ensure reliable delivery.

Go to Account Settings > Communication Preferences. You can disable non-essential notifications like weekly digests and project updates. However, essential transactional emails (verification, password reset, security alerts) cannot be disabled as they are required for account security.

Go to Account Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Yes. Coxa uses HTTPS encryption, AES-256 data encryption at rest, and bcrypt password hashing. We follow industry best practices for security and data protection. Read more on our Security page.

Absolutely not. We only send transactional emails to registered users who have explicitly consented. We never use purchased email lists or send unsolicited commercial emails. See our Email Communication Policy for details.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link via email. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
